Cooking method:
Well washed spinach is stewed in a little water. Strain and add half of the milk in which the tower is dissolved. Bring the porridge to a boil, stirring constantly, and pour in the remaining milk. After removing from heat, add butter. If desired, it can be salted or sweetened.
